An Invitation to Grow

For more than 25 years, one of the most rewarding parts of my career hasn’t been a title, a promotion, or even writing books. It’s been the conversations. Helping someone prepare for an interview. Working through a difficult leadership challenge. Encouraging a new teacher. Supporting an aspiring administrator. Listening, asking questions, reflecting together, and watching someone grow. Those conversations have always reminded me why I got into education in the first place.

Over the past several months, I’ve been asking myself a simple question: What if I intentionally created space for more of those conversations?

Today, I’m taking the first step. This August, I’m launching the inaugural Leadership Development Cohort, a six-month leadership experience for a selective group of educators who are committed to becoming more reflective, intentional leaders.

This isn’t another webinar. It isn’t an online course. It’s an opportunity to think deeply, challenge one another, work through real leadership situations, and grow alongside a community of educators who are equally committed to becoming better leaders.

Because this is the inaugural cohort, participants won’t simply join the experience, they’ll help shape what it becomes. Their ideas, feedback, and experiences will directly influence future cohorts.

The experience includes monthly one-on-one coaching conversations, twice-monthly virtual leadership sessions, reflection activities, ongoing support between meetings, and personalized guidance for leadership challenges, interviews, and career growth.

The inaugural cohort will run from August 2026 through January 2027. As this is the inaugural cohort, the investment is intentionally set at $197 for the entire six-month experience.

If this resonates with you, I’d love to learn more about your leadership journey.

I’ve created a brief interest form that outlines the experience in more detail.

If someone came to mind while reading this, I’d appreciate you sharing it with them as well.

I’m excited to see where this journey leads.
